Our Approach

Recruitment
The utmost attention is given to the recruitment of security guards in accordance to the Private Security Agency Regulation Act, 2005.

The qualifying parameters include the following:
• Education-Minimum High School
• Age-Minimum 18 Yrs to Maximum 40 Yrs
• Height – minimum 5 feet  7 inches
• Antecedents Check – Police verification
• Written Test – For IQ Level and writing skills
• Interview


Training

The selected candidates undergo extensive training at Scientia Royal Institute   of Skills Training situated at Sainik farms Delhi as per the regulations laid down by the Private Security Agency Regulation Act, 2005. In addition to lessons on basic guarding skills, the candidate undergoes training in basics of the Firefighting, First Aid, Self Defence and customized training as per the requirement of the client. The security guards also undergo refresher courses as per their pre-planned training schedule from time to time.

Security Survey
A thorough survey is carried out of the property of the client to analyze the threat perception to life, property and assets at the proposed location where the deployment has to be made. A security survey report, defining the possible threats, required manpower, escalation plan etc, is proposed to the client.

Contract Start Team
A contract start team mobilizes and deploys the security guards at the location of the proposed start date of the contract. Each guard is briefed and trained on the scope of the work and his responsibilities and detailed in the survey report prior to deployment at the training school and on site after deployment.

Supervision

Random checks are carried on all sites by area patrolling supervisors. The 24 Hrs control room, also takes an all ok report from all locations randomly on a daily basis.
